GOD is bigger than organized religion

S-T-E-A-M: Science/Technology/Engineering/Arts/Math The benefits of having a S-T-E-A-M background, has enabled me to impact the lives of children, teenagers, students, women, men, families, artists, educators, professors, doctors, business professionals, colleges, churches, government officials, celebrities, athletes, millionaires, billionaires, the homeless, the hungry, the sick, the incarcerated, prostitutes, Muslims, Christians, Jews, police, social workers, LGBTQ, Caucasian, veterans, gangsters, elderly, communities and the wide spectrum of diversity of people from around the country and the world. I've been able to do this from a place of love, laughter, and music.  From the time I was a little boy, back in Richmond, Virginia, I was exposed to music at an early age, because my mother was an R&B singer with a band back in the 70s. I came out of the womb singing and dancing. I was tested as a gifted and talented child. While in school, I was studying to become a medical doctor, an artist, and a military officer. I excelled in the Arts and academically receiving accolades throughout the school.  YOUNG, GIFTED, & BLACK My American Indian/Native American great-grandmother told me that she was giving me the gifts of the family when I was 8 years old. At the time, I didn't understand what she was saying, but over the course of my life, it has become very clear of what she was meant.  From the time I was a little boy, I was concerned about the world. I was writing letters to the president when I was 10 years old. My grandmother said, "Boy what you do you know about the world at 10 years old?" Grandmother eventually found out why I was so concerned about the world. My grandmother is now 80 and recovering from cancer. After graduating high school and college, I moved to New York City, where I danced, modeled, worked for doctors, and was discovered by Warner Brothers music executives as an R&B singer and triple-threat talent. I experienced child abuse, domestic violence, school bullying from Blacks, attacks from racist white men, attacks from KKK, and to survive the World Trade Center bombing of 1993. In 2001, GOD spoke to me and said: “I will take the Body of Christ and people of color higher in the 21st century. Everything that I, GOD will do will be seen in the local, national and global news.” I told one of my friends in New York City to be careful the night before 9-11. That friend swore I saved his life because he didn’t go to work the next day. He worked three blocks from the World Trade Center building. While I was attending a COGIC church several years ago, I asked one of my female friends was her daughter sick, because I could see blue, black and brown in her face. A week later, her 6-year-old daughter drowned in a swimming pool. For the last 15 years, I have traveled the East Coast and the Southeast singing and helping people while living on a fixed income from being disabled for the last 24 years of my life. I've had a hard life, a good life, a life for books, for the stage, for film, for TV. I've lived a life almost unfathomable. My life story is like watching a TV series or movies series.  Despite a failed suicide attempt 3 years ago, I woke up in Grady Hospital prophesying to a young, Black, male doctor from Morehouse. The doctor said: “How do you know that about me?” I said: “Man, do I have a story to tell.” I was featured on CBS 46 Atlanta walking through the streets of one of the poorest regions of Atlanta praising and worshiping GOD for keeping me. The 3-minute news clip was featured on TV news stations around the country.  Being different, an individual, a lover, a hopeless romantic, a friend to everyone, a friend to humanity and the world has come with a price. Despite the abuse, I endured from family, friends, classmates, lovers, coworkers, women, men, prisoners, correctional officers, police officers, people in the church and pastors, I still walk in unconditional love.   The work that I have done over the years has been featured in newspapers, magazines, radio, TV news stations and across all social media platforms.  I will be celebrating 46 years of life on 9-24-2019. At 46, I'm still singing and dancing. I'm still YOUNG, GIFTED, & BLACK. And, I'm still concerned about the world. I am who I am today because of my upbringing from my great-grandmother, mother, grandmother, aunt, uncles, grandfather, teachers, next-door neighbors and the village, the ancestors, and the elders. I am who I am today, because of my schooling, my education and from educators and professors that poured into my life despite my abusive, at-risk, dysfunctional background. The village and educators saw my potential and poured into me to become the man I am today pouring back into others and helping the world to be a better place - one person, one community, one city, one state, and one country at a time.  I went from being an atheist to a prophet unto the nations. While I still have breathe, I will praise the LORD. While I still have breathe, I will tell the world about the goodness of GOD. While I still have breathe, I will tell people the truth in love. While I still have breathe, I will be transparent. While I still have breathe, I will love people even when people don't love me back. While I still have breathe, I will address social and world issues. While I am still here I will do my part to make this world a better place. And, this is 46 years of GOD. And, this is just the short, summarized version.
